5+ Multi-family, Senior & Assisted Living, Student Housing

Loan Amount - $750,000 minimum.
Loan Term - 5, 7, & 10-year up to 30 years.
Amortization - Up to 30 years.
Minimum DSCR - 1.15
Maximum LTV - 80% to 90%
Fixed and Adjustable g Rates Available
Eligible Properties - Multifamily, minimum five units.
Occupancy Requirement- 85% physical occupancy
